"Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’hôtel, l’emplacement, la décoration, le service était très bon. Point bonus pour le lobby et la véranda, très joli. Seul point négatif est la grosseur de la chambre, elle est très petite nous sommes resté surpris. Pas de garde-robe, de meuble pour ranger les vêtements, de divan, seulement un lit."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the overall experience. One suggestion that would make the hotel even better for families would be to add a playground or more outdoor activities for young children. Having a safe outdoor space where little ones could play would be a great addition and would make the hotel even more family-friendly."

"Although Dax Cabins are a work in progress, we had a great stay. We arrived early and the owner/manager was very accomodating, getting us into our room. Our party of four were in a deluxe cabin with two queen beds. The room was small but adequate. It was updated and very clean. The bathroom was tiny but beautifully remodelled. The location is great - especially if headed to the Wild Center. Overall very pleased with our stay."

"Hotel Saranac is perfectly located for a weekend in the Adirondacks, in the heart of Saranac Lake for easy walking to restaurants, a short bike ride to the Rail Trail, and a reasonable drive to great hiking and outdoor opportunities. It’s a great historic hotel with lots of character and an amazing bar and lounge area, with great views of town and the mountains. Parking is plentiful and free. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. It is accessible and user friendly for guests that have mobility challenges."

"The motel was very clean, nicely located & staff was very friendly, efficient, responsive & professional. Would like to have a couple more towel bars in the bathroom & a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Tupper Lake area."

"OK, look, it's not new. Nothing there is pristine, like at the Hilton I stayed at in the week before I stayed at the Ashley. However, my room was clean, the towels were plentiful, the bed was comfortable. There is a welcoming, neighborly feel about the whole property. I would definately book another stay. Indeed, I probably will do so soon."
