「Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr ruhig und ideal für Naturliebhaber. Alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet, besonders für Paare perfekt geeignet. Die Räume sind äußerst sauber und gepflegt, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Personal war zudem sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich – rundum eine tolle Erfahrung!」

「Nice tidy clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Let's face it, it's not a Marriott resort but the room was clean and the linens fresh and they even had a Keurig coffee maker. Right in the heart of 'downtown' Haliburton. 」

「Better than I expected 」

「I wasn’t expecting much after reading negative reviews about the Pinestone, but I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. While indeed dated and in need of remodeling, our suite was large and very comfortable. The two couches desperately needed replacement, but the rest of the furniture was fine, and the grounds were lovely. This resort needs some tlc to return to its former glory, and will be fantastic if that ever happens. 」
