「This was my third stay at The Principal Hotel. The history of this property is unique and the rooms are amazing - essentially in brand-new condition and very tastefully designed and decorated. 「Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.」

「The bathroom body wash dispensers and lotion were empty. The shuttle service stated shuttle to local area. When asked shuttle driver he said yes but the front desk stated no. Change your website to reflect airport only. Never asked about our stay. Toilet paper and towels were overlooked. Dinner was good breakfast was expensive for what was offered.」

「We usually stay at drury properties no matter where we go, Fairview heights even though a newer one was probably the worst. The rooms were clean but the pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting there were hair, skin pieces, bandaids, and the overwhelming smell of urine.
