"I'm local but heard about the Onsen and had to come try it. It was a lovely experience and worth the trip and money. The staff were friendly, the rooms and building as clean and in excellent condition. It was delightful. I've been to Japan before and I definitely got an authentic Japanese experience in the onsen. I'm 5'10" and the women's onsen was two feet deep. If you're a tall and use the women's onsen, just know that your shoulders and neck may not be submerged if you sit down in the water. I had to get creative. This was not a deterrent for me at all, and pretty consistent with what I experienced as a tall person in Japan. "

"My room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, it showed serious signs of wear...chipped counter Formica, missing sink towel rack, the rubber seal on the refrigerator was out of position and needed to be replaced, and the hotel wifi was woefully weak and unreliable for a business traveler. "

Nice amemtities.I brought my own food, but there are plenty of places to eat or order in. It would be nice to have a small table to eat at. Pleasant stay."

"We loved staying at the Orenco Station hotel. We stayed a week and enjoyed both the queen room with fireplace (B5) and the king room right next door with kitchen and table for four. Everything was comfortable, clean and friendly. We will book again. The daily pastry/ drink tickets to the local bakery were amazing. Unforgettably delicious. "

"The accommodations were very good. One suggestion would be a more comfortable chair in our room. There was a chair but not the best chair to read a book ! The staff was great with information and answering questions. We were sorry Tuesdays seem to have several venues, closed , including the soaking pool, movie theater. The food and drinks were delicious. "
