"There was some damage to the condition of the room that it was in. Nothing crazy but just cosmetic. It didn't give off a good smell either and the carpets did not look very vacuumed or cleaned. They could have been cleaned a little bit better. Would not recommend staying here."

"We stayed for 1 night as we were driving through, there was plenty of parking available, we arrived at night the area felt safe. The bed was soooo comfortable! We are bed snobs and typically only like Hilton beds, this had a bed with the comfort level of Hilton. We would definitely stay again!"

"The microwave not in function, the clock also not in function. Asking at the counter for the remote control for TV, not in the room. Breakfast is good."

"Heavy language barrier when trying to check in, they control heat and give you a space heater incase you get cold. Room was hot for me and old window unit would not keep up"

"The mattresses are super hard, I got no sleep and in the morning felt like I was run over by a truck. Not comfortable. The room was decent, we only stayed one night so we dealt with it fine. If they get softer beds I would consider staying here again. "

"Stated here before won’t come back bed sheets stained with what looked like blood found on my second night as that side of the bed wasn’t used bathroom light flickered then went out and on last night the outlets near bed stopped working. Ran out of toilet paper and no one was at desk had to run and buy my own at the store. Complained to customer service and they did nothing to compensate the horrible stay"

"We had a lovely time at Hope Lake Lodge. My issue was with Expedia! They booked us into a room that the lodge no longer had available. We ended up in a smaller room. The staff at the lodge told us they had been dealing with Expedia’s screw up all day long!"
