「If you like to sleep in an 85 degree room without working AC in the heat of summer, this hotel is for you! Very disappointed in the lack of maintenance to fix the AC. My husband requested a new room so he didn’t have to sweat to death, but they were “full” and unable to accommodate. Staff dropped the ball. This place was one and done for us. My husband travels a lot for business, and trust me… there are better hotels in McCook. You get what you pay for. :(.」
