"I would recommend that is someone buys the romantic package with roses and wine and wine classes and the wine bottle is corked you should either include the corkscrew in the Deal or tell that person at the desk that you have to buy a $3 corkscrew at your profit center at your front desk. Inconvenient to get up to the room and later on decided to open the wine and have to go down fron the 6th floor then back up after buying your corkscrew at the profit center market at your front desk"
