「There was no complementary coffee available this morning when I get ready to leave. I tried to buy coffee from the bistro and I could not use a credit card. They only took cash or a charge to your room and I’d already checked out. This is super inconvenient and furthermore due to the price of the room and a price of a cup of coffee. I think it’s reasonable to offer that complementary coffee.」

「My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!」

「Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days.」
