Additionally, in the reservation there was a breakfast but when i go there they told me there is no breakfast, i lost all my money which i paid through this app. So, i want to requaet my money bavk for the breakfast」

The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price....
