「A clean hotel, but very busy area with virtually only street parking in area. Staff tried to hold our passports after we arrived and said that they would give them back later, which we refused. Nice breakfast area and staff.」

「We loved the Costa Ragusa Borgo it was brand new, the room was spacious and contemporary. The service was fantastic for the buffet and the restaurants, everyone was always so eager to help. If you have kids - use the kids club, the staff is super professional! The beach was hands down amazing! So clean and clear, you can wade in forever with barely a wave. My only recommendation would be to change the towels more often ( house keeping needs some work) and the night entertainment needs some...

「Las camas terribles de duras , moscos en el cuarto, aire acondicionado viejo y deficiente. Las habitaciones con alfombra huelen a humedad. El hotel está bonito pero muy descuidados los cuartos. Lo más importante es descansar en una buena cama」
