Hotel Riu Emerald Bay - All Inclusive
The only downside for our stay was the elevator system. The size of it and frequency that it was available was frustrating some times. If it was possible, it would be nice if certain elevators only went to certain floors (2-10, 11-22), with all being able to go to lobby and dining floor.

Hotel is located near Mazatlan letters, just cross the street and you also have beach access. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel for 1 full week of February in Carnaval Mazatlan 2026.
