Perfect place to stay

Amazing hotel with beautiful pool and private beach area. Your room had 2 balconies. The rooms have EVERYTHING you need. Multiple outlets, air conditioning, fan, blow dryer, full kitchen, fridge...everything. the room is more like an apartment. The views are great as well.

Although I only stayed one night the Tramonto was a great relaxing hotel/condo. Would not change a lot and probably could stay a month in this hotel. The centre unit has a big balcony facing the ocean. Great pool are with an excellent view of the sunset. Probably would be a good idea to put a coffee maker in the unit. Overall would highly recommend this property.

We only had our room cleaned 1 time. We had to ask multiple times for towels. The hot tub was freezing cold.

2. Night stay 2nd day room service did not leave shampoo or soap and took the beach towels and did not leave any clean ones and at check was asked advice none left they also charge if you leave towels stain 200 for shower towel and 200 for pillow case with the option to keep them I refuse to keep and paid since they request 1000 pesos for deposit and the lobby worker did not have greeting faces

Excelent property, unfortunately staff is not very helpful, didn't feel comfortable for the fact that the look at you like you're going to steal something from them . They ended up keeping half of my security deposit, check the room 5 mins after check out, they said towel were stained when we only used them to clean water that was spilling from the fridge, which they didn't have a. Mop to use instead of the towels. Rude staff at front desk. Definitely loved the cleaningness and the facilities but staff is very rude

Alberca sucia, fallas de elevadores, un problema subir y bajar de la habitación por que el elevador siempre va lleno, en la alberca los camastros sin colchas por que el guardia no las quiere dar. NO Vuelvo a utilizar este hotel.

Todo muy bien en instalaciones, solo si piensan hospedarse chequen muy bien todo el lugar y lean el reglamento ya que si ensucias o manchas alguna toalla o sábana por pequeña mancha que sea te la cobran como nueva y no te regresan el depósito. Las toallas de alberca no te las cambian aunque estén mojadas, solo nos dieron 2 toallas de alberca en la habitación y éramos 4 huéspedes. Ubicación excelente. Tiendas alrededor, cerca de malecón. Laven trastes aunque solo hallan ensuciado 2 vasos y tenedores porque te cobran eso también. Ósea el depósito lo pierdes. Chequen cómo les entregan la habitación porque si hay algo mal se los van a cobrar a ustedes.
