Hola, gracias por tomarse el tiempo de escribirnos, pero todos nuestros cuartos son junior suites por lo tanto incluyen un frigobar; en cuanto al cortinero si fue una molestia pudo habérnoslo hecho saber para solucionárselo con mantenimiento y por ultimo revisamos su queja de las chinches pero no encontramos rastro de nada a lo mejor pudieron ser mosquitos o la irritación de la arena en su cuerpo. Hello, thank you for your feedback. Just letting you know that the fridge is unplugged when the room is empty, so you have to just puggled it in. And regarding the coffee pot, we do have available you just had to ask for it at the front desk. Saludos!

Rooms location are random selected, it is published on the website that we only have stairs. We are always there at the fronk desk but perhaps we were busy at that moment; we cant control others people behabior if the guest doesnt tell us. One more thing, you need to realize prices are according to the actual demand of the dates. However, thanks your comments.
