「My stay at the Panorama was unforgettable. The hospitality of staff was warm, the food incredibly delicious and 2 min walk to the beautiful Falassarna beach. The hotel is family-owned and it has a homey feel to it with all staff being hands on in their service. 「The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. 「Great place to stay to visit the area. We only stayed one night so we could visit the Samaria Gorge but wish we'd have been staying longer! The rooms have everything you need and the staff were very welcoming. The food was very tasty and we even went back for an evening meal after the Gorge!! The free transfers to the gorge are also really good. Definitely deserves more than 2 stars!!」
