Front desk lady and the pool was great. Wifi wasn't working or ice machine and definitely could use better blankets but beds were comfortable. Could use a little up dating but for the price it was good.

The rooms need simple maintenance, as does the parking areas...weeds in the crscks and crumbling facades. The employees were very friendly and helpful. However there was only one person onsite overnight. No maintenance overnight. But the price was right.

This was a great location for us. Convenient to to restaurants, grocery store, church. There was confusion to where our room was, but the staff was excellent in helping.

Old and a bit down at the heels

This is clearly an old property. Some things were updated and some were not. Bathroom facilities were so-so, bed was a bit saggy, office chair in terrible shape, TV wasn't working. But it was clean, had electronic entry, sufficient outlets and USB ports. Location had lots of traffic noise. No elevator for upper floors.

My stay was good. Breakfast was included and was a decent variety. The only bad part is the pool was down for maintenance. Everything else was good.

Went here because we had no power and needed electric for the night's sleep. It's located near several restraunts and such. The staff was good. We were incredibly frustrated that the pool was out of service. It was the reason we chose this hotel over other options.

First room was not cleaned. Mattresses were leaned up on the wall. Second room, one of the beds had no sheets. Bath towels weren't stocked. Garbage can was full. The girl working by herself was very nice & helpful & pleasant.

The place served its purpose but, the room was dirty. There was used snus on the floor, black long hairs in the bathroom, nothing was swept. The tub looked dirty so, I took a shower in flip flops. We asked for a non-smoking but, was given a smoking room that smelt musky. What was wonderful was the staff was very kind and accommodating. We arrived early and they graciously allowed us to check in so we could hurry to my grandmother’s visitation service.

The woman at the front desk was friendly. However the outside of the hotel was in need of repair and refresh. It was the only hotel in town that was not sold out. Otherwise I would not have stayed. There was no hot water one day. There was the second. However, I reached for a clean white towel. I went to dry my face and there were black stains all over the "clean" towel. The sheets were dingy and thin. On a positive note there were no bed bugs. I definitely would not have stayed had there been.

We arrived late in the evening due to the inclement weather. There was someone at the front desk who checked us in and had us on our way up to our room in five minutes. The room was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and well-stocked.

Came in for a few day to visit friends in near by Ohio. Upon check in first room was not properly cleaned and linens on bed were stained. Brought to staff attention and due to time I arrived only option was to give us another room. Asked for mon smoking room but room we got transferred too had cigarette burns all over top of bath tub. Lots of road noise. Definitely will do better research next time.
