「We loved our stay. Our room was spacious and very nice balcony with mountain views. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast include in stay was very good and amazing time saver to get us started for our full day of hiking.」

「The lady who greeted me on arrival was super friendly and welcoming and made me feel like I had come to the right place (feel terrible for forgetting her name or I would have mentioned it), the rest of the staff were just as pleasant, the breakfast selection was good and all the facilities were perfect to come back to after a day up the slopes.」

「The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
