"The place seemed to be understaffed - service was slow and quality was nothing special. We stayed for 2 nights and our room wasn’t refreshed by housekeeping so we were waiting on clean towels and toilet paper. Reservations were required at both of the upscale restaurants on property which was a bummer. "

"Room was comfortable. Would be amazing if doors and toilets from nearby room were quieter. Staff is amazing. Gym was nice for my simple needs. Will stay here again. Maggie, Ashlei, Kayla, Nadia and Faz (the manager) were all professional, friendly and quick to help in anyway."

"There is no breakfast bar unless you are a member of Sonata and as far as the bar, the bartender was amazing. I didn’t get her name, but there wasn’t a very busy bar for that type of hotel being that it was in the high 80s in May you would think they would’ve opened either the indoor pool outdoor pool something and nothing was open. Nothing was clean. We had issues where the shower wood gurgle into the sink. There was a smell in the building as far as the staff I never saw housekeeping ever and if I wanted anything clean, I had to go downstairs and get it myself. I would never stay there again. Another couple left also."
