"Was looking forward to staying here after reading great things about it. Very underwhelmed with the experience. The room was small and dated and needed general maintenance. We had made two separate bookings because we extended our stay before we had even arrived. We were not able to just stay in the room, we had to check out at 11 and move to another room at check in time. The WiFi was very spotty. The pool area was very small."

This includes Gordonn, Maria, Josee and Nelson. The room was excellent as was the food and the WiFi was very fast. We highly recommend staying here. "Room was good although well worn. The staff were friendly but not great English. Breakfast was ok, but somewhat poor quality. One example: I needed ice for a sprain and it took 10 hours to get any. Overpriced for the quality."
