「The Staff didn't really Speak English. No breakfast. Not a real hotel but time share. Calling the front desk before and after check in and out was hard.」

「Friendly staff throughout. Location is walking distance to one of the best beaches, we went off season so the little town didn’t have much going on but it looked great and close. Beds and pillows clean and comfortable. The property is a bit outdated, our tv was broken, we had to ask for a hair dryer. Also the balcony should be reviewed more frequently to clean bird poop off the chairs and tables.」

Getting there is rough, though not the owners’ fault—the mountain drive is intense but worth it, and an easier route from Mayagüez should be mentioned, along with advising guests to arrive before nightfall. The property is absolutely stunning and impeccably clean; this is a wilderness-style accommodation, and the flowers, animals, and weather make it truly enchanting. 「When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. The bathroom faucet kept coming off. For those that like to shower with hot water, there was no hot water. Water was at room temperature. There was a lot of WIFI issues with the four network.
