「The facility was awful. Handicapped room was on 2nd floor but the elevator was broken. We took a king room on 1st floor but had to walk up to 3rd floor to get ice. The stairs going up were filthy had not been vacuumed in weeks. Dried vomit on the carpet. Room itself had tiles missing on the bathroom floor and tub and shower area were dirty and rusty.
