「The suite was clean and big . If only we had hot water to shower and wash our faces. To be told that the hot water wasn’t working upon arrival and not before was unacceptable. A worker told us there had not been hot water at the hotel for 4 weeks! The front desk host simply said “ if you wanna cancel the stay, that’s fine” if only we weren’t in the desert with no other hotels around and 5 hours away from our hometown!
