The property was nice. Very clean. However, the picnic tables out by the pool or placed on pavers that were not locked into place. I kept stubbing my foot on them, every time I walked by

The lobby/common areas and guestroom were clean, bright and nicely furnished. I was nervous because the price was so much lower than nearby properties, but it was a great stay and an excellent value. (Note: I did not eat breakfast nor use the pool or other amenities so I can't speak to those).

The air conditioning was effective, the pantry had a good variety of snack food. The pool area was closed and I did not go there for long and really can't give an authentic review of pool. Hotel was clean, a few improvements need to be made and a little more breakfast items would be nice. For a budget minded person, the hotel was comfortable, clean and affordable.

Everything, was clean only a couple of things we had problems with ! First room , tv didn’t work . I had called front desk and he came to look at it then moved us to a different room great with no hesitation. Next room , we had dirty linen, they replaced them with no hesitation . Lastly breakfast was not up to our satisfaction we were disappointed. Other than that great staff and clean room !

The property was clean, entrance to lobby was nice and room area was nice and nice bathroom but the bad part is, the connecting door bolt lock does not work and staff was going to let the next door guest to not use the door which made no sense and will inform them that they now have access to our room. FD agent was bothered that “we should have noticed that it didn’t work as we checked in rather than realizing later that it did not work” as if its our fault and was bothered that we ask to move as this was a security & safety concern. Had to teach him about Hospitality and the meaning of customer service. We could have complained about the sticky pack of chocolate or candy left by the refrigerator & the uncleaned microwave but did not. Went to the next room and “WOW.. the bolt lock did not work and just to us to just use the latch. At 3:14am the people over top of us was running and under the Bed is an aluminum frame that when your feet hits it, it a loud thunder sound which you can hear the other rooms hitting it too. We were too tired to move regarding the bolt latch not working and brought earplugs at CVS to block the sound for the second night. FD did not know how to address any of the issues as they have no experience of problem solving.
