"This is a sweet little hotel with a big heart. If I could give the staff 6 stars, I would. They are so upbeat and friendly - the best I experienced in my trip to southern japan. The hotel is close to the wharf if you are traveling to other islands, and it is about a 6 block or 5 minute walk (without suitcases) from the monorail station - the sidewalks are decent if you are rolling your suitcase but not exactly the easiest thing to do from what I saw so you might want to keep that in mind if you go that route. The room was a bit smaller than what I expected but we made due. I loved the pajamas that came with the room. I wish I had them at home! The water pressure and AC were excellent. The restaurant is Mexican style food. We had one breakfast and one lunch there. The food was really good, expecially the lunch tacos! Except for the room size I would give this hotel a 5 star rating."
