Great stay!

This hotel is in a great location, close to the castle. The hotel is pretty new and very clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious.

設備や清潔感、朝食の内容、スタッフの対応や価格も適切最良でありました。 強いて言えばですが、部屋の冷蔵庫が音がうるさく気になった事と、空気清浄機を起動した所、余り使われていなかったようで、埃が舞った事がありました。小さな事ですが改善頂けたらと思います。

フロントスタッフの方ごとても親切でした 禁煙室が満室で仕方なく喫煙だったのですが、どうしても匂いが気になるようでしたらおっしゃってください、空気清浄機をお持ちしますと言われ、結果お部屋まで持ってきてくださいました
