A very comfortable hotel with exceptional service. The room was lovely with great views of the river and mountains. The food in the restaurant was of a very high quality. We stayed two nights and had a superb French-style meal on the first night with wine pairing. On the second night there was an excellent Japanese meal with Sake pairing. Very impressed overall.

We recently stayed at Lemeiesta on the 23rd and 25th of September. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The service is wonderful and you feel very safe and looked after at the hotel. The staff were so accomodating, they let us leave our luggage with them whilst we did a hike and then checked back in the next night and when we checked back in our luggage was in our room which was a big help as we didn’t have to worry about our property whilst we were hiking and staying at the mountain hut. And the food!!! Absolutely delicious! The dinner was such good quality and tasted amazing with a different menu on each of the nights we stayed. Could not fault this hotel and we hope to be back soon. From Perth Australia 😊😊

It is pricey, but such a special experience.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The view from our bedroom was absolutely stunning - I miss it already. The giant windows made for such a special place experience. If you can afford the river facing rooms, it is an absolute must. The view of the stars at night, especially through the provided binoculars, was breathtaking. The onsen is really lovely too, so definitely worth a visit. Finally, the food - wow! We didn’t expect to have such fine quality dining, with wonderful service. It was definitely some of the best food we ate on our entire trip (especially the beef). Delicious!

是由於是舊酒店改裝,所以房間格局受限, 但是經營團隊在溫泉SPA和法式餐廳下足功夫, j溫泉乾淨,餐點好吃,人員很親切,天氣好友觀星活動, 適合悠閒度假, 缺點是管制區不提供接送服務, 建議勿帶大型行李箱輕裝前往.

数ある上高地のホテルの中で。

初めての上高地でした。東京は37℃にも達する猛暑の中、さすがの上高地でも寝苦しいのでは、と思案しましたが、まったくもって問題なく、さすがは日本屈指の避暑地です。温泉あり、部屋からの星空は驚くべき美しさ、夕食のおいしさには不満を示す要因はありません。また寄らせていただきたいと思っています。
