「The lady at the reception when checking-in could not speak English and she was not friendly, thanks to the gentleman (forgot his name) who came to our rescue. Day stuff were so friendly and they could speak different languages. I believe after the renovations the hotel will be superb. Not forgetting the security guys, I thank them from the bottom of my heart, they were so helpful and they even washed my car.」

「The hotel has good rooms above the gym on the 3rd level. These rooms are more expensive. When i booked the hotel room i chosed the cheapest room and when i arrived to the hotel I realised that they had out the good and pricier rooms photos on the cheapest rooms reservation page. 「La chambre de luxe était spacieuse et moderne, avec coin salon. Grand lit King et décoré avec goût. Bonne pression dans la douche et douche pluie. Très bel hôtel.
