「I really liked my stay in downtown with Tivoli. For Baixa district u wont find another so caring and central. 」

「This was an excellent hotel for our business trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The food in the restaurant was well prepared. The breakfast buffet was always hot with plenty of offerings. We would definitely stay there again.」

「Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Room was quiet and I slept well. Included breakfast was good too. The hotel is in the city center. Not much space to work in the room, but nervertheless totally worth the price.」

「When I arrived, the staff could not find my booking. After being there for over an hour, they eventually allowed me to have an inferior room to what I booked. I had to get quite blunt with them and speak to superiors over the phone. It's a good thing I speak Portuguese. They claimed that they don't use Expedia and that someone is posing as them. So they tried to get me to pay a second time (I had already paid through Expedia and could prove as such). AVOID THIS PLACE OR RISK BEING SCAMMED. In...
