「The staff was friendly and efficient. Check in went smoothly even though they were extremely busy. Room was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and convenient to rental car drop off for most major car rentals. Also utilized the free shuttle to the airport that was so helpful 」

「I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.」

「Good check-in. Me and my wife arrived very late from the airport and were directed to our parking by the security officers. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, great experience for my wife and me. We are US citizens with little Spanish skills and had very little issues!」
