"The hot tub didn’t work, the key card stopped working after the first day and I paid for two days. The bathroom light would go off before I was finished in there. The curtain was coming off the curtain rod. The picture was crooked on the wall. The room smelled musty. The very near by surroundings of the property looked like a junk yard. "

"Overall the place and parking felt safe and the staff was nice. I didn’t like how I reserved for 5 guest and there was only 2 towels. The couch bed did not have any sheets and had to go ask for some at the receptionist. Then the cleaning service said to give the dirty towels and they will wash and drop off more later. We never got more towels when I went to ask the receptionist they said they were out of towels. The breakfast was also not great. Pancake machine was not working and not many options."

"Parking lot had a lot of pot holes, no staff on duty for hours, i went to check-in at 4:10 and at 530 and waited till 615 and nothing, i wasn't able to check-in at all, number provided was off the hook, lobby phone didnt work, other guests needed to check-in, they claimed they were waiting for 3 hours "
