Fantastiskt läge men behöver fräschas upp.

Positivt: Fantastiskt läge och trevligt rum, snyggt och modernt. Negativt: Vi hade bokat boende inkl. parkering och betalade extra för parkering i bokningen men fick betala både parkering och transfer separat (40€) till garage och transfer och inte till boendet. Det stod att frukost serverades i en separat Restaurant och frukost hade bra recensioner. Restaurangen för frukost låg tvärs över gatan och detta stod också i välkomstmailet men istället var frukosten mycket "torftig" och serverades på boendet vid receptionen. Det var stopp i handfatet och det rann vatten på golvet i badrummet. Vi fick aldrig tillfälle att säga detta till värden då han inte var där efter incheckningen.

Alojamiento perfecto: habitaciones muy bien cuidadas y restauradas con mucho gusto. Servicio perfecto, la mejor atención recibida en un tour de 10 días por Puglia&Amalfi. Finalmente encontramos a alguien que hablaba almenos inglés como dios manda. Repetiría sin dudas y recomendaría a ciegas

We stayed in one of the cave rooms for 2 nights. Loved this place.! Location is perfect! Everything is within walking distance. Also there is a rooftop patio where you can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the sunset and Matera. Francisco makes this place extra special. His enthusiasm for Matera is infectious. When we checked in, he not only gave us a map of Matera but also gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to visit. My only advise is to check your email for directions ( which Francisco will email ) on how to get to the hotel. There is a bus that will take you from the parking lot to the front of the hotel.

Residence molto bello, nel cuore di Matera

Abbiamo preso due camere in questo residence. Stanze molto carine, letti comodi. Il residence si trova nel cuore di Matera, però nella parte bassa della città. Noi avevamo una conferenza alle Monacelle (vicino al Duomo) e andare su e giu per i gradini della città non era l'ideale. Comunque il residence è molto carino, la colazione molto buona e il personale davvero squisito. Ci tornerei.

Matera stupenda

Il residence si trova in ottima posizione x raggiungere qualsiasi punto dei Sassi. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza Luna, molto carina e ristrutturata molto bene. Bello il soppalco con il letto! Chiaramente chi ha problemi deve tener conto della scala da fare! Ottima colazione consumata presso ristorante Oi Mari. L'ultimo giorno x ferie del Ristorante ci hanno offerto di fare colazione Ai Maestri, sempre lì in zona. Devo dire colazione stupenda!! Attenzione particolare dei titolari, anche se non avevamo alloggiato presso di loro! Matera è stupenda. Torneremmo volentieri in questa struttura!

La localisation au coeur même des sassi dans le centro storico de Matera est parfaite. La courtoisie du personnel est appréciable et la voiture a été prise en charge par un employé du stationnement ce qui valait bien les 20 euros. La chambre, impeccablement propre, laisse le visiteur un peu coincé et le trajet vers le lit à l'étage exige une certaine prudence. Mais après tout, nous sommes en pays de troglodytes. L'apéro dégusté sur la terrasse en plein coeur de ce décor d'un autre âge est une expérience inoubliable.

２連泊しましたが、服を掛ける場所はあっても仕舞う場所はありません。 それがちょっと不便だった点。 大晦日に宿泊したのでスパークリングワインのサービスがありました。 フロントの人がとても親切で、何か質問がないかといろいろと気遣ってくれました。 おかげで、鉄道の不安や疑問も解決でき、スーパーの場所も教えていただけて、大助かりでした。 食事は元旦だったので９時から、翌日は８時からでしたが、早朝出発だと言うと前日に持って来てくれました。 朝食会場はパン数種類とチーズ、ハム、卵焼き、フルーツとヨーグルト、シリアルぐらいしかありませんが、このクラスならそんなものでしょう。

Best of Historic and Modern in Matera

Mariangela was extremely helpful in guiding us to sights of interest, answering our questions, making dinner reservations, and generally providing assistance. She speaks excellent English. The hotel had enough cave ambience to be appropriate to the historic town of Matera while having modern amenities that travelers value.

Good location in Matera (in Bassi, the old town)

service: really good support from staff. Helped me finding a nice spot to parking (giving me a ride). Parking: free , on the street, 10 min walk, but safe. Paid a little bit more far away (20 min walk, maybe). breakfast: excellent, in the restaurant OiMari room: a little bit small for 4 people, but since we were a family worked fine. bathroom: nice location: excellent, right in the middle of Bassi, the old town. Close buy restaurants and cafes Wifi: weak signal (room Aria) price: I bit expensive but the installations and locations are worth.

Ok. Careful regarding parking.

This is NOT a hotel. This is more of a residence given away for renting purpose. There is no front desk(physically present). I reached there around 11pm and there was no one to answer my calls inspite of me calling around few hours earlier to let them know my arrival time. I got into my room after almost 40 mins of wait. Secondly parking is a nightmare since Sassi regulations wont allow you to park your car overnight. So you need to park on the streets above and walk downstairs (good luck if you have luggage!). I wish the hotel warned me about these things. The hotel link says free parking, but doesnt warn about these details. The condition of the room was ok. The only good point about this hotel was the location.

サッシのメイン通りからすぐのホテル

ナポリのホテルに大きな荷物を置いたまま、１泊用の小さいバッグだけ持ち、バスでマテーラ入りしました。 到着したバス停にはタクシーは見当たらず、電車の駅も近いがほとんど来ず、定期バスはどこへ行くかわからず、10分ほど歩いたあたりでタクシーを見つけ乗せてもらい、８ユーロでホテル前まで到着。翌日の送りも即予約しました。 タクシーでなければホテルをなかなか見つけられなかったと思います。 ホテル自体はサッシを改造し、大変素晴らしい設備でした。散策するにも便利な場所です。スタッフもとても親切、英語が上手です。また行きたいです。
