Great location, Beach was very nice and safe. The employees are so nice. The hotel is old, they did some work, but still not enough. Have that old building smell and loom. Towels and bed sheets has a little smell of old or not dry right. Food is good. Wacht out for the marketing people trying sell time share/vacation club.

Esperava mais.

Em minha segunda estadia no resort, esperava um padrão superior após a reclassificação para Grand Premium. Observo algumas inconsistências: as bebidas, em alguns momentos, foram preparadas sem o devido cuidado, resultando em coquetéis sem sabor; inclusive, recebi uma bebida com morangos em estado de decomposição. A qualidade da chope também deixou a desejar. As cervejas, por outro lado, foram servidas geladas. Quanto às bebidas não alcoólicas, apenas a água de coco na praia apresentou problemas, com gosto de fermentado. O café da manhã se destacou como a melhor refeição. O almoço e o jantar, entretanto, apresentaram poucas opções e sabores pouco expressivos. Os lanches da piscina foram satisfatórios, com destaque para o acarajé. O churrasco, contudo, merece menção negativa, sendo a pior carne que já experimentei: o ponto de cocção estava inadequado, entre cru e queimado, e sem sabor.

Ótimo mas pode melhorar!

Hotel reformado, piscinas impecáveis e água aquecida, excelente estrutura. Não avalio com nota máxima em tudo por alguns pontos que devem ser observados: 1. O quarto que nos acomodaram inicialmente não estava com o ar condicionado funcionando, e desde a primeira hora da estadia ja reclamamos (eu com uma filha pequena e esposa gestante de 7 meses, as quais não conseguiram dormir na primeira noite) só tivemos um remanejamento de quarto mais de 24h depois. 2. Observei muitos funcionários ainda sem saber o que o hotel oferecia. (Na recepção o funcionario disse a minha filha que ela iria tomar muito picolé, e depois de muito andar pelo hotel e não achar, questionei alguns funcionários e alguns nao sabiam, outros diziam que tinha, outros não). 3. O restaurante principal, tudo é muito novo e bonito mas o serviço de atendimento a mesa do hospede pode melhorar, (ex.: pegavamos nossas refeições e as bebidas eram servidas a mesa, porém por muitas vezes demorava de vir alguém nos atender, quase ao ponto de terminarmos de comer). Penso que mesmo o hotel disponibilizando esse atendimento ao hospede ele também poderia disponibilizar as bebidas para quem quisesse se servir. 4. Sendo um pouco chato, acho que a disposição dos alimentos no buffet pode ser melhor disposta, de maneira agilizar os hospedes a se servirem. Outra coisa, na ilha de sobremesas havia opções alimentos salgados junto. Deixo um elogio ao funcionário Natanael da recepção, pois foi quem com muita atenção nos trocou de qto.

Quarto molhado o tempo todo, as paredes ficavam molhadas, o espelho sempre embaçado. O ar nas funcionava, fizemos a reclamação e nada foi resolvido. As frutas da estação acabavam no bar antes das 14h para drink, a mulher do acarajé só chegava depois das 12 e as 13 já não tinha mais cocada, completamente despreparado para o período, verão e lotado Não recomendo

Fiquei no Sauípe Premium Sol. Achei a estrutura bem bonita, num estilo colonial. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos e gentis, principalmente o pessoal do restaurante. Mas a qualidade da comida é razoável. Além disso faltou energia todos os dias em que fiquei hospedada, ficando algumas horas sem ar condicionado e sem banho ( acho q a água funciona com pressurizador) e sem energia ficava sem água. Vc vem da praia querendo um banho e n tem água. Por esse motivo não tenho vontade de voltar.

Muito bom!

Dias em família maravilhosos, a equipe da recepção nota 1000, para Sara, Cleo entre outros que não recordo o nome. A equipe do Loby Miriam e Suely são impares, gentil, educadas, nota mil para elas. A Baiana preparando Acaraja é show, as cocadas deliciosas! Espaço com muito verde, lugar maravilhoso. O que deixa a desejar, o horário da piscina encerrar as 18 hs, muito limitado.

Não gostei. Os guarda vidas intimidavam as pessoas para não entrar no mar( acho que não queriam ter trabalho). Com a maré baixa e água no joelho fiavam apitando. Se é pra ficar na piscina eu fico em casa. As bebidas ficavam restritas a poucos pontos de distribuição . A comida era só razoável ( salsicha empanada é dose). Os funcionários mal preparados. Alguns mal humorados. Me cobraram 75 reais para liberar o checkin 1/2 hora mais cedo. Foi uma grande decepção.

Decepção e revolta

A estadia foi apenas satisfatória, o complexo não oferece atividades noturna, as piscinas fecham às 18 horas e a praia as 17 horas. As comidas são repetitivas e não tem muita opção. Pra piorar o banheiro tem um box estranho, sem porta. Mas a maior insatisfação veio após a saída do hotel. Minha filha esqueceu uma correntinha e tentarmos por uma semana localizar e nada. Por fim recebemos um e-mail que o objeto não está nos achados do hotel. Sendo assim conclui que o hotel não oferece funcionários de confiança, pois o objeto não foi entregue para ser devolvido. Muita decepção e revolta. Não recomendo a hospedagem.
