「At check-in I was given key cards that didn't work. Then I found out the room was occupied. Another employee said they make mistakes like that all the time. Was given a new room. I was given a Gatorade for the inconvenience. Knock at the door at 10:50 pm by "housekeeping" (it was the barkeep). They opened the door before I could get to the door. They said it was to see if the room was occupied Had to ask for more towels. Never delivered. Room had soap and lotion but no shampoo or...

「This Holiday Inn thought of everything that was needed in the room to make every moment a comfortable stay. Whether it was the roomy bathroom; the 'on the wall' mirror; the full-length mirror; the 'real' iron and ironing board; the cared for rug on the floor; the wonderful mattress; and the overall design of the room; everything was 'just right'. Every person on the staff was professional, friendly and accommodated every need that I had.」
