「incredible service by the staff」

「The stay met our expectations. However I left an expensive Money Clip in my room. Who di I contact to get that money clip back?」

「Room was clean just needed to be detailed a bit more. The patio smoking area needed attention but it's a smoking area so what do you expect? The hotel was decent, if I was on the payroll I would of detailed the room and made sure the carpeting in the hallways was vacuumed daily. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. I loved the later check out time too. I plan on staying here again. It's close to town and the horse park.」

「The breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30 but at 9:00 hot and cold items were missing from the buffet. No eggs, meats, fruit or bread for toast. Just cereal and a few muffins. Patrons complained but items were not restocked. The made to order omelet station was still running but the line was long and slow. There was no internet in our room. The fee for the electric car charging was ridiculously high for a level 2 charger, We would had paid less and spent less time at the Tesla super...

「Great clean hotel. Room felt brand new, the kitchenette was very nice. Neighborhood is very safe yet close to everything. Haven’t had such a great hotel bed in a while, the sheets/blankets/pillows were amazing. Hoping i can find the same items to purchase for my home. Will stay here again on my next visit to Lexington.」

「I think this room might be cheaper if you book directly. We love this place. We don't always have time to take advantage of all it offers but this time we tried the restaurant, and it was fabulous. Somehow we ended up with a king bed in a handicapped room so I get the feeling we somehow paid for their highest priced room when there were lots of other rooms open. Easy stress free stay and lots of activities if you have time to take advantage of it.」

「I was only at the hotel for a quick overnight airport connection layover. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. What I did not realize was that the shuttle starts at 0430 which was not early enough for a 0500 flight. It was an additional cost to call a Uber for a 0400 pick up. The room was comfortable enough.」
