Fairmont Chateau Laurier
"We will probably stay at Le Germain next time. The public rooms are great, especially Zoey’s. The history can’t be beat. The bedrooms badly need to be upgraded and room 363’s air conditioning could not get the room below 25 degrees. The only solution offered was a rotating fan."

"Great location. Rooms are a fairly good size although not as large as shown online and we looked out at air conditioning units so that wasn’t great. But the staff overall were friendly."
