「A compliment to the people at the front desk and at the bar, they were really friendly and helpful. the hotel all in all was not so bad but not up to 4.5 stars standard. The prize of the hotel are very high. They need to do some improvement. Like at the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. The food quality was quite poor. the pool and the beach were a pretty nice. 」

The appearance of the property is good with a great lobby, decorations, organization! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure that everyone has what they need. 「We only stayed for one night but the staff were very welcoming and even allowed us to stay in our room the following day until our ferry at 8pm. Thank you ! Our only issue was that the window out to the balcony was old and rattled in the breeze. It was also unable to keep out the noise of the traffic. We noticed that some rooms had had their old windows replaced. This may be an ongoing project.」
