The room, the staff, the restaurants, and the view were all absolutely spectacular! We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The parking situation was a bit tricky because of how tight it is but hey, it’s Italy. I highly recommend eating at the restaurant and adding the breakfast option, it was a great way to start our days.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and sunsets. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful. Our room was spacious and very well designed. Turn down service is an addded bonus to have fresh amenities and towels Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, pre-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar with wonderful sunsets. Dinner by the infinity pool is delicious and tranquil. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Boutique Hotel with Spectacular Views

The Villa Fiorella is a beautiful property located just far enough from Sorrento to escape the hustle of that city. The pool facilities are very nice with comfortable recliner. The landscaping around the hotel is superior. We stayed in a larger room with a big terrace. The view of the ocean from our room was spectacular!

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel! Location is ideal to visit Sorrento and the entire Amalfi Coast without the crowds nor the noise. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a spectacular two-floor suite. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs. We were in communication with the concierge two months before we traveled. They helped us book small-group boat tours to Capri and Amalfi/Paisano, booked restaurants, gave us a ride to the nearest busy stop, They also made sure I celebrated my birthday the best way possible. They even give me a special dessert on my birthday…twice! We were treated like royalty! I recommend this Italian jewel without hesitation. Ciao!

This was one of the best stays we have ever had. We couldn't ask for anything more. From the hotel staff , to the multiple dining entities, it was a dream. It was perfect. They always made sure we had water on our bedside table with turndown service, which was a perfect touch after a long night drinking wine in their restaurant. Dont get us started on the pool.... honestly don't think twice about booking here!

The pool area and its view is amazing, the staff is very friendly and willing to assit all times with a big smile. Things that must be improved: Breakfast ... pastries were not fresh and fruits were old ( rotten in some cases ) . The air conditioner never worked at satisfaction even though the management promised to control this . The room looks old and wasnot comfortable to be in . The food at the restaurant beside the beautiful pool was good but expensive . You measure the hotel for what you pay for it and we feel that we paid more than what we got . I have to repeat that the staff was very good at all times . This was a big plus for the hotel.
