「There truly is only one issue. Not only did inpay hotels.com, but then i was required to give them a credit card for incidentals. They put a 100.00 charge against my card. I assumed once the room was checked after checkout the charge would drop off. It didnt. I called and they said it would be 1 to 5 days before it would drop off. This is unacceptable. Now i will have to check daily to make sure charge is reversed. This should be stated on yoir website.」

「Check-in was easy. We had a room with river view that was great. The small couch had stains on both cushions which was not appealing but overall the room seemed clean. It was hard to get soap out of the dispensers in bathroom but maybe it was just me. We did not eat at the hotel so no comment on that. Overall, we had a nice stay and great view!」
