「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. 「Gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, even though it was 3am. The next morning we didn't have a hairdryer. Another gentleman came and apologised, even brought us 2 complimentary drinks as an apology from the cafe next door (which I also recommend....marshmallow pudding and the apple cake)」

「Y Platinum hotel is a total gem! It's located about 10mns ride from Musjid al Nabiyou, uber rides are about $5 to the Musjid. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. They fill up the fridge with free drinks. The staff is very professional and courteous. Breakfast was included and very good. The price is affordable. 」

「فندق إي هوتل من أفضل الفنادق في المدينة المنورة ويتميز برقي الاستقبال في التعامل ونظافة الغرف وجودة الخدمات. أنصح بالسكن فيه بعيداً عن الفنادق المحيطة بالحرم والتي استهلكت في أثاثها وقلة نظافتها. وبالطبع سأسكن فيه مرة أخرى.」
