「Great clean place for business or family trip. 」

「Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was clean enough. The customer service was perfect. 👌 The staff were very helpful. 🙏 Housekeeping cleaned the room every two days. The Wi-Fi and internet were fast and reliable. 👌 The gym was great—not the best, but it did the job. Negative points 👈 Small cockroaches kept showing up in the bathroom, even after the room was sprayed several times. The mattress was very uncomfortable at first, but the staff replaced it with a better one...

「Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes .
