Spotless room Staff super friendly The pool staff especially Osher were so helpful Breakfast was excellent The variety of Friday night dinner was really good. The chef came to every table to accept graciously constructive criticism and compliments. A pleasant weekend break.

Leonardo Hotel Negev
The stay was great, the water in the pool were cold. Hotels.com made us a lot of trouble. Although they declaired the price includeed fees and taxes it didn't. So we had to add extra 18% for taxes.

No communication with the desk person. He had to make a phone call for me to converse. Area around property was very unkempt and littered with several "piles" left by dogs right on the property and not cleaned up in any fashion. The apartment was furnished well and had everything one could need for a short stay. Unfortunately despite signs everywhere asking tenants not to smoke inside, the bedding was permeated with the smell of tobacco.
