「The woman that checked us in was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds of the hotel was also very clean and inviting. We had dinner at the restaurant on grounds, although the food was just warm, maybe because it was almost closing time. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We will stay here again. 」

「I really liked the cleanliness of the lobby and rooms. Everything seemed fresh and new. The staff was really nice and the breakfast had lots of good options. I also like the traditional decor with modern twists. The building itself was had good architectural elements also blending old and new. A great restaurant was right across the street. 」

「The room was on the smaller side but was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff, housekeeping and especially the morning breakfast/kitchen staff were friendly. The room was perfect for our short stay in Lancaster. 」

Something that really just sold my whole experience was the automatic self serve pancake machine at breakfast. Very cool.」
