Warm Welcome & Outstanding Service As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us with huge smiles and genuine kindness. They were attentive, helpful, and always happy to answer questions or help with anything we needed. You could tell they love working there, and that energy made all the difference. Rooms & Cleanliness Our room was bright, super clean, and full of fun Cartoon Network touches. The bedding, the art, even the TV channels were themed—which the kids loved! Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything fresh during our stay. Food & Dining The food was surprisingly delicious! We had breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant, and both meals were great for both kids and adults. Lots of variety, kid-friendly options, and everything came out hot and fresh. Even the snacks and treats were fun and on theme. Activities & Entertainment This was the highlight for the kids! There were interactive games, character meet-and-greets, crafts, and even nighttime outdoor movies. The game hosts were AMAZING—so energetic, playful, and really got the kids laughing and involved. My little ones were in absolute awe the entire time. "

"Spent 4th of July weekend with family.. First time in Amish Country. Glad we picked this motel to stay at. Rooms were spacious, with the only down fall was the size and firmness of the mattress(to soft and small) Very clean all around, the staff was very gracious and kind. The pool is small but good enough. The views from the back deck were to die for, definitely the money shot. Perfect location in Bird in Hand, 3-5 minutes to shops, 7 minutes to Intercourse, and 10 minutes to your general fast foods and chain restaurants. We have found our go to for any return trips to Amish Country. "
