「The heater/ace was broken and our room kept heating up off and on which keep me up most of the night. The room was advertised as having a private hot tub which was also broken. Tried to report it to the guy at the front desk but all he said was "aw, for real?" I regret wasting my points and money on this place.」

「The room was spacious as we were travelling as family of four, but the bathroom was too small especially toilet in front of door (sliding door) and in the way of the sink, not enough space. The beds were not comfortable at all. None of us got good sleep. The pool was also constantly busy night and morning so we didn’t even bother to try the pool (even on a Tuesday evening). 「It was very charming with a great concept. However, lodging details were a bit misleading as far as communal bathrooms were concerned. It was quite loud throughout the night with continuous train traffic and being able to hear everything in adjacent room. Was difficult to sleep. The staff we did meet were very friendly and it was clean. We enjoyed our free beverage on the patio at check in. We were disappointed that there was no food left but yogurt and apples in the morning, long before...
