"I rented a Ocean City condo via RedAwning, which I believe is under Holiday Real Estate for the Oceans Calling festival - worst experience. Please do not rent this condo. First, condo did not feel clean, and the master bedroom and downstairs bathroom smelled strongly of cat urine. There was even a box of kitty litter in the closet. "The property is quite old and had a noticeable musty odor upon arrival. Unfortunately, it did not have central air conditioning, and the rooms were equipped only with portable units, which made it uncomfortable—especially since my family and I were preparing for a funeral and needed to get ready in the heat. "Here are a couple or reasons I would not recommend this property. -Master Bath was not up to par. The water pressure was very weak and we could not shower when anyone was else was using water. The garden tub was not functional which was one of the reasons we selected this property. The hot water tank was not enough to accommodate 8 people. -The second floor guest bath, the toilet rocked when you sat on it, so much that mother in law felt a little unsafe when using it. -The microwave kept...
