「The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).」

「Good location just a little out of the old town. Really nice lobby area and friendly staff. However the room and attention to detail really disappointing. Our room had a window from the shower into the lobby, with a roller blind - this let in a lot of noise and light. The shower leaked into the bathroom and toilet; and the bed felt as though it was in the bathroom with the sink next to the bedside table. Overall it just felt crammed, dark and uncomfortable. Our mugs hadnt been cleaned so asked...

「Lovely stay at this well located hotel. Main spots in old town were within walking distance. Nicely decorated and maintained hotel. Our room was nice however it faced a street where a bar/restaurant had outside tables so it was quite noisy in the evenings up until after midnight once the place closed so that was a downside. it would have been nice to have a kettle available in the room too so we could make a hot drink other than expresso. Other than that we did have a great stay.」

「Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Very clean. Quiet. Perfect location in the old town. Everything was within walking distance. Staff were fantastic. especially Anna-Isabel and Mihaela and the lady from Venice. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Valencia is amazing. Definitely my favourite Spanish city. Would 100% stay at this hotel again.」

「Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.」

「Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」
