Although it was a stressful time the staff was extremely patient, kind, and friendly, especially to the people in front of us in line to check-in who didn't seem to understand the details of their stay. I think the staff even spent the night at the hotel just in case it was so bad they weren't able to get to work the following day. The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was amazing with many delicious options, including the fixings for the oatmeal. We visit our grandson who lives in the area, about once a year. We will definitely stay here again."

There was a roach in my hotel room! As soon as I entered the hotel the manager was on the phone screaming at someone. The best part of my trip was leaving. "
