Excellent place with warmth and great service

We stayed there for one night while my husband skied in Verbier. The room was small but clean, warm with a comfortable bed. What was most outstanding was their willingness to make the stay comfortable for us. The woman (I forgot her name) who welcomed us was very kind. We asked if I could wait in their restaurant while my husband was skiing and she let me stay in the room until he was back. That was most thoughtful and kind. We highly recommend this place for people who need a few nights sleep while exploring the area.

Room was very small and untidy. Parking in outside near hotel. Area is noisy and in the night there are many drunk people that screaming loud.

Bon séjour juste pour dormir. Hôtel bien situé... petite chambre assez vêtuste mais en ordre. Petit bémol.. le produit douche accroché vers le robinet était vide mes 2 jours.. le foen à cheveux coincé dans le radiateur car pas de buffet. Autrement qualité prix rien à dirr.

Posizione vicino al centro città, posto tranquillo e parcheggio comodo. Struttura antiquata, allestimento bagno vecchio e consumato. Il Wi-Fi ha smesso il collegamento a internet dopo poche ore di utilizzo, set di cortesia per il bagno molto povero.

En déclin...

Jusqu'en 2016, l'hôtel était géré par un couple d'Italiens chaleureux, accueillants, serviables, aujourd'hui retraités. 2020: porte close, personne à l'accueil à l'arrivée ni au départ, propreté relative, literie douteuse... Seul personnel rencontré: une femme de ménage étrangère à qui des clients anglophones essayaient en vain de faire comprendre le mot "breakfast"! Nous n'y retournerons jamais.

According to the internet you have a restaurant. But, it was not open. Your staff is nice. Your lady from Portugal knows, what it means to be service minded. Most Swiss people could learn a lot from her mentality.

Grandes chambres à 3 lits, propres, très bons lits et duvets. Pour le reste: hôtel assez retro, à tous points de vue, mais parfait pour y passer la nuit: facile à trouver, grand parking, prix incomparable.

chambre bien située, au calme. Par contre poussiéreuse. La douche et le lavabo ne s'écoulent pas. Malgré trois demandes au personnel, aucune intervention durant les trois jours. n ne pouvait plus se doucher sans risquer de faire déborder le receveur.

Not so clean...

The room was old and smelled like old, seems like it wasn’t ventilated in a while, you kind of get used to the smell and forget about it but what I couldn’t bare was that the bed sheets had hairs on it.

juste bon pour dormir une nuit...

chambre 117 avec 2 lits séparés ( alors que j avais demandé un grand lit ); tres vintage, sommier et matelat mou, prise de salle de bain ne fonctionnant pas, seche cheveux reparer avec du scotch, carte inactive le soir, mais reaction rapide du personnel a minuit et demi, sinon, calme ! et bien placé en centre de cette magnifique ville de Martigny
