「We booked this motel in Brenham because we were attending a graduation ceremony in College Station. At this point, I’m trying to find reasons to return so I can stay here again! The owner was lovely. Motel was immaculately clean (and I’m a tough critic on this). So many nice touches. We were given excellent dining recommendations, and the continental breakfast was lovely. 」

Secondly, Chris offered top-notch customer service and stayed on the phone with me while I struggled with the key box (user error) and even offered to come over to help me. Luckily, I was able to figure it out. There are also little goodies all over the house that are available to guests, and that was a lovely little addition. 「The bathtubs are loud and feels like your going to fall through. Shower heads were not great and not much ceiling and wall sound proofing. Having a 2 year old and apparently we walk to hard on the floor to the people below us.」

「The first t9me we stayed i fell tripping up the steps and they were very helpful working with the EMTs to get me in the room. The second stay was good as well; the staff was good to us even after we burned some pocorn in the microwave. The slip proof floor in the bathroom was great and all the door ways were big made it easy for me to get around beinv im on a walker.」

「Comfortable, but seemed old-outlet in bathroom was very loose and sink didn’t drain well. A new coat of paint, new curtains and new couch would be nice. Only the bathroom outlet was easily available. Sink was cracked in 2 places and Handles on bedside table were broken. A few updates would really make a difference 」
