Allen the owner was very friendly and helpful. We rented 2 of his cottages. Each unit was clean and comfortable. Allen included some water, beer and wine. There is a nice beach within steps. I would say the only down side is the road getting in is a bit tough to navigate. There were deep holes and very big rocks to navigate. Overall we would stay again, hopefully the road will be repaired.

If you're look for something away from the crowd of the marina or off the beaten path, this is for you. Allen is still in a building phase but everything was perfect. The private beach area is absolutely dreamy and rental had everything we needed. It was clean, well appointed, and has the best views. Also- Allen was really helpful and informative about dining and local options.

The location and or water access. The host was wonderful. He was always willing to accommodate any request made by the tenants. He always called to make sure that we are satisfied and comfortable. This is not something you find everywhere.

Alan met us at the property and showed us around. We even received an upgrade to deluxe cabin because it just happened to be available for our stay!! Fridge was stocked with a few cokes, beers, and wine complimentary. Kinda like they buy your first cocktail. The place is brand new unit as a rental. Well-appointed with new appliances, a/c units in each room, steps from the beach, amazingly cool shower with multiplesprayer heads. The road was a little bumpy but normal for this island. Go slow, and the location and condition of the property far outweighs a few minutes on a bumpy entrance. We will search out this property on our next visit. The price was actually low compared to others searched. 5 star experience. Nice job Alan!!
