"Amazing stay. Great air conditioning and great beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not included but is reasonably priced with delicious croissants and other foods. Convenient location. Also laundry room on first floor was helpful."

"Shower has mold, hotel and room are dated. We requested ahead of time a room on one of the higher floors and we were given a room on the lower basement floor even though we checked in at 3pm and there were rooms available on the higher floors. Check-in associate did not care to accommodate our request. ..."
