The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable and given the proximity to a busy road and a number of bars, I couldn’t hear any noise (even with a big football match taking place nearby). Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located for an event at Parc Chanot.

Overall a good hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. Beds are comfy. Few minutes from public transport - easy access to the downtown area. The breakfast is a bit overrated in some reviews.

Bring your own toiletries but other than that good

Bring your own toiletries—the ones provided are super minimal. They also don’t provide supplies like cotton pads, cotton buds, the usual. Other than that the stay was pleasant. Good bed, good pillows.

The room was clean, the hotel was convenient, and the area felt safe. I experienced a few minor issues during check-in: the first room had a toilet problem, and the second room couldn’t be opened, but the staff handled everything quickly and professionally. Overall, a pleasant stay and great location for travelers.

Mauvaise gestion

Nous sommes arrivés à 15h un jour de match, malgré le fait d’avoir réservé 1 mois avant nous avons attendu près de 45 minutes à l’accueil afin d’enregistrer notre arrivée. Nous avons eu une chambre qui était déjà prise. On a dû attendre encore 20 minutes pour avoir une autre chambre. Vide cette fois mais nous n’avions pas de clef. Nous somme donc partit à 17h pour aller au stade. À notre retour à 21h30 nous n’avions toujours pas de clef et nous avons encore attendu jusqu’à 22h. Nous en avions marre donc nous sommes parties manger. Au retour il n’y avais plus de carte disponible donc l’agent d’accueil a été obligé de nous laisser son badge personnel. Le personnel a fait son maximum nous les remercions. Nous savons que ce n’est pas de leur faute. De plus, nous avions comme indiqué plus haut réservé 1 mois à l’avance. À notre arrivée nous n’avions pas eu d’accès au parking car il était pleins. Un jour de match à Marseille il est impossible de ce garer nous avons tourner pendant quasiment une heure pour trouver une place à presque 1km du lieu de l’hôtel.. J’aurai aimer avoir au minimum un geste commercial.

Très belle accueil le vendredi soir , le parking et vraiment le bienvenue ( un peu cher mais dans l ordre de se qu il se fait autour) .La chambre et fonctionnel et propre , dans le thème Écologie de cette hôtel sa m’a fait plaisir de revoir une vieille chaise d école ( mais le coup de vieux😁) manque peut être une bouilloire …Un séjour agréable le personnel aussi,nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons été super bien accueillit Le personnel est top a l écoute et de conseils géniaux ! Petit hic : avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre serait un vrai plus ! Le menage : il n y a pas grand chose à dire selon la femme de chambre il est plus ou moins bien fait ! L hôtel est super bien positionné !
