Brilliant location, close to many sights and restaurants. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room including the toilet. Easy to get to from the airport bus buss and metro.

It’s a very good boutique hotel. Very clean and staff is good too. Property is in good area with metro at 2mins walk. Highly recommend. Did not try their breakfast so can’t comment on it.

Excellently recently refurbished in a nice area of town. Vieux Port ten minutes away and few steps from Metro. Reception staff went above and beyond to help and welcome. Touches not necessarily expected at this level such as Nespresso machines.

The staff was helpful and gave us advice outside typical tourist things, we were able to store our bags and check in early and I liked that we had two bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) so we had separate space from our teens.

The staff were so lovely and really helpful at all times. Decor of the room was really nice - only niggle was the sound of next door guests coming in and out was very loud because door was next to my room. Breakfast was good - self service and a nice selection of bread cheese ham pastries and a chocolate marble cake which my grandson loved!! Would stay again. Thank you!

Staff was rude. Looked at me like i was was an alien when i asked for a second room key. Asked for ice and 10 minutes later returned with a latte cup with ice. No air conditioning in one of the two rooms.

Hotel is just finishing being remodeled. Room was very small but it was clean and quiet. Staff at front desk was very helpful at all times. Laundry and dry cleaners are within walking distance. We stayed 4 nights. We added one morning breakfast and it was quite nice. We did not ask for a hair dryer or iron, but we suppose it would be available if we had asked for either. We would come again if we're ever back in Marseille. Thank you.

Séjour très agréable, on avait réservé pour 4 personnes et on a été agréablement surprises en découvrant que la chambre comprenait 2 chambres comme un mini appartement avec des espaces distincts et spacieux. Tout est neuf, propre et joliment décoré

PROBLEMES TECHNIQUES

Dès la première nuit problème pour ouvrir les chambres avec les cartes et la seconde nuit même problème avec une autre chambre, il a fallu attendre 1/2 h à 23h15 et le lendemain idem ! Une chambre non faite le lendemain et serviettes sales non retirées et pas de nouvelles. Le paiement des deux chambres a été débité dès 1 mois après ma réservation sans attendre mon arrivée, signalé c'était une erreur, bravo ! Hôtel bien insonorisé, belle décoration et bon buffet

Bien situé

Hôtel bien situé, proche du vieux port. Difficile de faire sans un parking public car peu de places autour mais normal en pleine ville. Sol de la SDB pas très propre mais travaux en cours, petit déj offert pour les enfants en geste commercial.
